Talking about specific pages

In your messages you can refer to certain pages with a # and the page number. So when you want to refer your message to certain pages,  instead of writing long article titles just write something like "#2,3,4,5 are perfect!" and all your team members know exactly what pages you are talking about.

Using this kind of reference not only is fast and easy, but also has another big advantage: With this kind of reference pageplanr is able to match your tasks to the corresponding pages in the pagelist.

To make it even easier for you pageplanr inserts the page numbers every time you select a page or change your page selection. But be aware that pageplanr first erases all text in the message input field and then inserts the page numbers of all selected pages. Therefor you should first select the pages you want to tell something about, and then write your message behind the page numbers.
